In a 6-3 decision, SCOTUS struck down the use of racially discriminatory admissions policies at U.S. colleges. They also dealt another blow to the Biden administration with its decision in Biden v. Nebraska when it ruled 6-3 that the president’s attempt to “forgive” student loan debt through the HEROES Act was impermissible.
