Feminization of industry, academia, law, medicine, and much more is not a theory. It has been happening for years, and the results are glaring. Men and women act differently. When a majority of women are involved, it can result in an over-feminized system. Add the DEI dimension that excludes white men, and you have an explanation for why our culture has changed drastically, and not always for the better.
