The expanded legalization, commercialization and normalization of Marijuana has created an increase in serious adverse health effects, including schizophrenia according to new research. It may be legal in over 20 states, but marijuana is causing loss of life and serious heartache. Marijuana’s THC has increased so much it is causing heart problems, is linked to cancer, increases the risk of psychosis five times among daily users and increases suicidal ideation. Emergency room cases of cannabis-induced psychosis has increased in California 54%! We need to have a conversation about marijuana!
